Lidica Review: Public Execution

Hoopa Gamers! Smilegate is giving us lately a lot of new banners to achieve the new Hunts 11: Violet, Luna, Tamarrine and now, Lidica! We already six starred her for the test and she is not only a great push for your Golem 11, she is as well a PvP offence oriented, coming with a great speed base to be your Opener using her s3 to push back 100% CR on one enemy. Her unique s3 is perfect to counter different type of composition in PvP, with decent build you could easily finally outspeed some fast cleave based with R.Roozid / S.Rose / Schuri,etc - which are big trends currently. And wait...her kit for PvE is actually fantastic, dealing noticeable damage with a single DPS on s3, AOE on s2 - both with low cooldowns considering her speed. She brings AOE Hit Decrease and Speed debuff with high chance %. Finally, her S1 CR manipulation coupled with her high speed comes in play very well in both PvP and PvE.

The PROS: - Has an amazing design and animations. - Excellent on PvP offence. - A Golem 11 item, perfect to pair with your Schuri or Tamarrine. - Has a very high speed base (which helps to build her as opener) and decent attack/ multipliers too. - Her s3 is unique, pulling back 100% CR on one enemy, debuff speed and self-cast a damage nullifier on next attack she takes. - Her s2 is a AOE with 85%-100% to decrease Hit Chance, great damage too. - Her s1 can reduce 10-20% CR if the enemy is debuffed. - Excellent PvE including Raids / Abyss. Fits perfectly as debuffer/damage dealer in both Wyvern (even if she doesn't push CR) / Golem 10 early on.

The CONS: - Easy to bait on PvP defence (a wind tank/ with Immunity set - ie. Violet), not her optimal position. - S3 can obviously be countered with immunity set in PvP offence. - Few PvE bosses won't care about her CR abilities, like Wyvern 11. But they are just few so it isn't really a matter overall as in most end-game Bosses like Raids or Abyss, there will be lots of minions and waves to control.

- We don't like soulburn effect on s2 ignoring resistance in general - it still can miss. The SET: Speed/Crit or Hit or Unity for PvP/PvE - your casual T6 lifesteal/Crit will do enough for early PvE. You definitely needs Speed Boots and ideally with Hit set.

You can build her as full support type with HP% stats but she has noticeable damage so we built her with Speed / Crit with Speed boots, Att% ring and Critical Damage% Necklace.

The STATS: - Speed: 220+ - Attack: 2,5K+ - Def: 800+ - HP: 8K+ - Critical Chance: 75%+ - Critical Damage: a bonus - Effectiveness: 40%+ - Resistance: A bonus.

The ARTEFACTS: - Sword of Judgement: Basically the Ranger version of Durst Devil, 10-20% chance to trigger s1 again after attacking with s1 or s3 and the enemy survived. Very efficient for extra CR Push. - Song of Stars:100% chance for an enemy to become targeted for 2 turns after you use s1. Pretty handy on her as she is mean to rotate her skill very fast and use s1 for 2 turns before reset. - Bloodstone:Useful for PvE/long fights as she is fast/ deals relevant damage and this give back up to 26% of the damage dealt. - Rosa Hargana:Maybe one of the best as it gives Dual Attack Chance by 7-14% and increase Attack by 30% when it is not her turn. - Ranon's Memorandum: Increase speed up to 2%, can stack up 10 times = 20%. Good for long runs. - Exorcist's Tonfa: A great budget artefact for overall use. - Joker: For PvE. Her GOOD FRIENDS: - Any Ranger with Infinity Basket to tag her s1 with CR reduction. - Tamarrine for any PvE / Golem 11. Great support and CR based comp based on speed. - Any AOE breaker - helps her s3/s2 to deal relevant damage. - Iseria: Very fun to use on manual to refresh Lidica s3, and push back a threat to the Abyss for 2 turns.. Her GOOD PvP TARGETS (best in GB - 3VS set up): - FKluris: Lidica has the elemental advantage and is perfect to counter Kluris. - Kise/with Wind or Fire threat: Lidica is here used as a Tank/Bait (she might be the only fire in your team). Mechanic: You (hopefully) outspeed the Kise and use s3 on the wind (Kluris/Bellonas/Cidds) or fire (Haste/Tenebria/Kayron) to push it back 100%CR. It will cast Nullifier buff on Lidica. Then Kise will s3 Lidica for null damage. It works very well, for sure you need high speed. - Bellonas: Often time if you can stop Bellona in any AOE cleave, you can survive the first turn for a victory. - Any CR Boosters or fast CC Opener: she has the base speed to compete with the kind of Ass Coli / Judge Kise / Schuri (all except water) which are usually built with speed and critical sets - not immunity set yet. Some GB OFFENCE SET UP: - Lidica / Attack buffer or AOE CC / AOE Def break. Examples: Lidica / General Purrgis / Bellona or Lidica / Diene / Tenebria - Lidica / Rose / Tenebria. How to counter a Lidica in PvP: 1. Any tank wind unit with Immunity set. Violet, FKluris will do if bulky enough or Destina. 2. As usual, any fast opener with CD reduction --> Stun--> Silence in that order to avoid his s3. 3. The Perfect Bait: Violet still the best with his chance to evade. Especially about her Golem 11 on auto-performance: We used her with a (cheap) Hazel SC, Yufine, Tamarrine. The Golem can sometimes go berserk on damage but this was a pretty safe run overall. WHY YOU SHOULD PULL HER OR NOT: 1. You are tired of getting outspeed in PvP / doesn't have yet a fast base speed PvP offence opener to play with. 2. You are early on and want a Wyv10 / Golem10 solution - keeping in mind you will be able to Golem11 / not Wyvern 11. 3. You are stuck in either Abyss or Raids, need a unit with relevant debuffs. 4. You love her design and animations, wanna have fun? She is definitely worth 6 starring. Once again, she performs very well in any Raids, Abyss and all the early Hunts 10.
